In the New York Times Magazine Work Issue article, “What Google Learned from its Quest to Build the Perfect Team,” Charles Duhigg writes, “[Abeer Dubey] looked at 180 teams from all over the company. Nothing showed that a mix of personality types or skills made any difference.”
What did matter was that: 1) members spoke in roughly the same amount; and 2) members were good at interpreting expressions and feelings.
In other words, COMMUNICATION AND NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION!
