According to the folks at DeskTime (makers of a productivity app), the most productive people work for 52 minutes and then take a 17-minute break where they leave their computer to walk, exercise or talk to colleagues. In a study by Staples Advantage, 59 percent of those surveyed said more breaks would improve their work happiness.
