1) Start from the top – your leaders will set the tone for your happy and engaged workplace, leading by example. Celebrate giving feedback, risk-taking, creativity and communication. 2) Start from the bottom – when you hire and onboard new employees, set the cultural tone from the get-go. Talk explicitly about the company culture and practice what you preach by distributing “stuff” that reinforces your values.
